Competence:
- decides on actions against individual decisions of public law authorities,
- decides on actions against treatment of public law authorities,
- decides on actions for failure to take an individual decision or treatment of the public law authority within the statutory time,
- decides on actions against administrative contracts and the execution of administrative contracts,
- decides in other cases prescribed by law.
